United Community Options Transitional Learning Academy is designed to support students with disabilities who are not on the traditional diploma track. This program helps students achieve their middle and high school education in an accessible environment where their goals can be realized. Serving grades 6th-12th the Transitional Learning Academy offers academic, life-skills, recreation, self-care, and pre-employment skills to foster independence and success. The Transitional Learning Academy is supported through the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities and the Florida Department of Education.
